SSC CGL / CHSL / GD Signature Guidelines

  • Sign on plain white paper using black ink pen
  • Signature should be clear and legible
  • Do NOT sign in all capital letters
  • Avoid miniature or blurry signatures
  • Approximate dimensions: 4.0 cm × 2.0 cm

SSC CGL 2026 uses live photo capture for the primary photograph. Signature still requires file upload. Requirements apply to CGL, CHSL, GD, JE, and other SSC exams.
